About Me

Chietopia is an on-demand specialty bakery located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Specializing in macarons, sweet tables, and many other decadent desserts. Chietopia serves customers from Toronto (Downtown & GTA), Mississauga, Brampton, and surrounding areas. This includes but is not limited to: Scarborough, Vaughan, Woodbrdige, Halton, Milton, and Oakville.

I created Chietopia because I am discovering a whole new world of art through my passion for design, dessert, and food. I was born in Zambia, Africa, have a Filipino background, and was raised in Canada. These unique characteristics have provided me the platform to fuse traditional cultural influences with what is modern and current.

I cook and bake.

I have had the privilege of enjoying a myriad of different cuisines throughout my life, enabling me to combine and create new flavours and breathe new life into dessert and food.

I create.

I will use this website to create and share designs in various types of medium.

What to expect?


I am a planner at heart and always have been. I have had 10+ years experience in the banking industry in both project management and change management. With the skills and knowledge I’ve gained, I integrate it into everything I do in my business.


My upbringing and values differentiate me from other artists, and bakers in the industry. I have found what I’m passionate about. I am motivated each day to grow, learn, experiment with new techniques, share ideas, and gain insights from like-minded individuals.


I focus on the details because it’s the little things that count. You’ll read more about this in my blog. I’m meticulous and purposeful when I create. I care about the final product and will strive for nothing less than 100%+ customer satisfaction.


Creativity is what drives and motivates me each day to expand my culinary horizons. I have found an outlet to express my ideas and bring my customer’s visions to life.


Like a chameleon, I adapt to each situation that I’m faced with and I can switch roles effortlessly (Eg. baker, problem solver, collaborator, etc.). I will always strive to be flexible to meet my customer’s needs.
